Colder Products Company (CPC) is hiring an Assembler I for our Roseville, MN facility. This onsite role will set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery, while moving materials, packing finished goods, and monitoring quality on the production line.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; little to no prior knowledge or experience required.
• Work is routine or follows standard procedures with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions.
• Operate machinery to install components as they move along the assembly line.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output and identify defective products for rework or discard.
• Maintain accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
