Bayside Toyota/Chevrolet of Prince Frederick is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Quick Lube Tech with a desire to grow within our company. The role offers paid training and advancement to an apprentice technician, reflecting Bayside’s commitment to developing our team.

We provide competitive pay starting at $16–$18 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and a path for career growth. This full-time position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, in Prince Frederick, MD.

Qualifications

• General automotive repair skills preferred.
• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil change services with teammates.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and assess brakes, tires, and batteries.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Install oil drains, filters, air and cabin filters, and wipers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Check and communicate oil change serviceswith other teammates
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle multi point inspection and video, measuring brakes, tires, and batteries.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters, air filters, cabin filters, wipers
• Other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• General automotive repair skills are preferred.
• High School diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.
• A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong work ethic.
