Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Security or Computer Science.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in application security.
• Familiarity with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) and vulnerability management.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS).
• Basic knowledge of security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in application security practices such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and penetration testing.
• Contribute to vulnerability management processes.
• Assist in development, deployment, and automation of security tools and scripts.
• Collaborate with software engineers to design and review security features in applications.
• Support incident response and stay current on emerging security trends.
