Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking team members to provide wheelchair assistance for international passengers at the airport, from curbside to aircraft. The role includes handling wheelchairs, assisting with check-in and baggage, and ensuring safe, courteous passenger experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to international passengers at the airport.
• Assist passengers with check-in and baggage as needed.
• Help passengers board/disembark and move with wheelchairs.
• Collect and return wheelchairs to the staging area after use.
• Adhere to safety standards and report hazards or incidents.
