Job summary

The Boeing Company invites applications for an Entry Level Hose Assembler Technician. You will perform end-to-end assembly of hose components in a certified FAA Repair Station, ensuring airworthiness and safety per technical data.

Responsibilities include disassembly/assembly, cleaning and grit blasting, repairs and overhauls per CMMs, and meticulous maintenance documentation. Requires high school diploma, tool proficiency, and FAA awareness. 1st shift; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical aviation maintenance training is preferred.
• Experienced in using hand tools

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble hose assemblies; perform industrial cleaning and grit blasting to prepare parts for inspection.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and overhauls on hose assemblies per Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and all approved technical documents and drawings.
• Conduct functional and pressure testing to verify hydraulic integrity and leak-free operation.
• Accurately complete all maintenance records, work orders, and FAA-required documentation, ensuring compliance with Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
