PDS Tech Commercial in Savannah, GA is seeking an entry-level Operations Trainee to learn aerospace manufacturing and assembly of aircraft components under supervision. This role covers fitting parts, basic drilling and riveting, reading work orders and blueprints, and using simple tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred.
• Essential communication skills in English and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting of detail parts and basic drilling and riveting operations using basic hand tools.
• Ensure parts meet work instructions and quality checks.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and specs to determine sequence of operations.
• Align assemblies for riveting with fixtures and fasteners.
• Work with increasing supervision as experience grows.
