Job summary

Textron’s Bell Textron division in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an entry-level Aerospace Engineer to contribute to real projects from day one. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities while working on diverse aircraft programs.

You will design airframe structures, develop 3D annotations for assemblies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet cost and schedule requirements. A degree in Aerospace Engineering and 0–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Available to work full time, onsite starting in January 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Create airframe structural designs based on trade studies and analysis.
  • Create model-based definition with 3D annotations for airframe components and BOMs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, or specialty personnel to resolve problems.
  • Respond to data/action requests from procurement, manufacturing, tooling, etc.
  • Support test activity, including test plan development and execution.
