Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor compliance with financial, reporting, and legal requirements.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and submit reports and/or statements to internal departments, financial institutions, and external agencies.
• Organize, prepare, and review budget documentation; determine revenue and expenditure coding; review expenditure and reconcile budget proceeds.
• Prepare invoices for payment authorization; assigns expenditures to proper cost center; verifies posting of expenditures and maintains accounts payable ledger and records.
• Enter and maintain automated and manual accounting records; perform data entry for accounting operations and verifies accuracy.
• Prepare a variety of financial and accounting records and reports including revenue and expenditure reports
• Review data collected and monitors budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to internal departments and outside reporting agencies
