US Energy Company is a privately-owned consulting and sales firm in Schaumburg with an expanding client portfolio. We open 5 more national offices by 2027, each led by a manager who started in entry-level sales and progressed through our training into management.

Selected candidates will gain experience in sales, campaign management, recruiting, human resources, and team development, while working in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Leadership or coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are opening 5 more national offices by the end of 2027- each run by a manager who started in the entry level sales position and progressed through our training into management. We find that candidates with sports backgrounds have valuable skill sets due to their work ethic, competitive drive, and ability to win in all types of situations.

Those selected will gain experience not only in sales, but also campaign management, recruiting, human resources, and team development. Our work environment is incredibly important as well, and we are looking for candidates who work well in a team and can contribute to an exciting and energetic environment.
