Job summary

CORNERSTONE & CO OF TEXAS LLC is seeking an Account Executive to join our in-person sales team in College Station, TX. This customer-facing role focuses on building relationships, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

You’ll follow up with customers, understand evolving needs, and present tailored solutions to drive growth. Training will cover CRM, lead generation, account management, and needs-based conversations to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with current customers to ensure a positive experience and identify additional needs
• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions and consultations
• Generate and develop new leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and customer conversations
• Connect with prospective customers and introduce them to available products and services
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage follow-ups, from the initial conversation through the close
• Work closely with the team to develop new business and support overall growth
