BK Healthcare Management is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) in Glenwood, IA to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in home or community settings. You will join a clinical team and help clients achieve independence through evidence-based interventions.

No prior experience required — paid training is provided. A High School Diploma and RBT certification are required, along with patience and a calm, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
