Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking entry-level Child Autism Support Professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress using electronic devices.

The role is part-time and ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Autism, hold a high school diploma, and are committed to a 6-month engagement. RBT certification is required before working.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
