BK Behavior in Kansas City, MO is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This is a part-time role with a minimum six-month commitment, offering flexible hours and opportunities to advance through the BCBA pathway.

You will record data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team dedicated to supporting growth for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
