Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commitment to show up and bring your whole self to work daily.
• Experience with Peakon/Workday benchmarking or BHCOE benchmarking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives through therapy.
• Implement evidence-based behavior plans to teach social, communication, and life skills.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support career growth in healthcare/education fields.

Education

High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
