Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
