Heartland-Aba-1 in Newton, IA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will support clients with skill-building plans and accurately record data as part of a clinical team.

Great for those starting in ABA; no experience required—paid training is provided. Part-time positions with flexible schedules, same-day pay, and BCBA program partnerships for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
