Qualifications
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Ability to work with clients in their homes or community-based locations.
Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
