Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in New York is seeking an Entry-Level ABA Support Technician. This role offers competitive pay between $20 - $30 per hour and flexible hours, making it ideal for students or part-time job seekers. As a technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, collaborate with families, and work under the guidance of a BCBA Supervisor. No previous experience in ABA is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
