Job summary

A community-focused healthcare agency in Brooklyn is seeking an Entry-Level ABA Therapist. This position offers competitive pay between $20 - $30 per hour, flexible working hours, and comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ideal candidates are compassionate and willing to make a commitment to improve the lives of children with Autism. Background in education or related fields is encouraged but not necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team for skill-building.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) for treatment effectiveness.
