Heartland ABA in Lewis, IA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to join our dedicated clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children achieve independent skills under supervision.

This role offers part-time schedules, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement within a thriving ABA practice. Same Day Pay is available to support your financial needs, and our team supports ongoing BCBA supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
