BK Healthcare Management is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations around Norwalk, IA. You will join a supportive clinical team focused on independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are passionate about helping children with autism, and possess patience and calmness in challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
