Heartland-Aba-1 seeks entry-level Child Autism Support Professionals to work with clients in Clarinda, IA, providing in-home ABA services part-time. No experience required, as paid training is provided, with a strong clinical team supporting your growth and development.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families. This role emphasizes flexibility, commitment to six months, and opportunities for advancement within ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
