Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking entry-level RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Council Bluffs, IA. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

You will join a supportive clinical team and participate in fellowship and internship pathways to accumulate hours toward BCBA/BCaBA goals. Paid training is provided, with Same Day Pay available to staff.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
