Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking part-time ABA team members to provide one-to-one services in clients' homes or community settings in Kansas. No prior experience required; full training is provided to help you start making a difference for children with Autism.

You will join a supportive clinical team, delivering evidence-based interventions and collecting session data to track progress and outcomes. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate students and other commitments.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve on the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
