Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to work with children in ABA settings. You will provide one-on-one services and support families in the community.

No prior experience is required; we offer paid training and flexible part-time opportunities, including afternoons and evenings, with Same Day Pay available after clock-in. This role is ideal for students and those pursuing education or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn.
• Patience and compassion with children on the autism spectrum.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities
