Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients' homes and community settings. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data and supporting families.

No prior experience is required; after-school hours and weekend opportunities are available, with flexible schedules and pathways to certification through BK Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data on electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
