Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time ABA technicians delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes. No experience required; comprehensive training provided.

You will help children with autism achieve skills and independence, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate session data. Flexible afternoon/evening hours and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Serve as an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
