Kansas Behavior seeks compassionate individuals for entry-level ABA positions. Provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations, with paid training and part-time hours. Flexible schedules and opportunities to grow in the ABA field are highlighted.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is expected. You will take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course to start working with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve outcomes.
