Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA services in the St. Louis area. You will support children with autism through evidence-based interventions, implement care plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote progress.

This part-time position offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for fellowship or internship hours. No minimum case requirements and referral bonuses are available to dedicated team players.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans with clients.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
