Job summary

The Structures Company, LLC is seeking a qualified A&P Mechanic for line maintenance at Miami International Airport. This on-site, contract-to-hire role offers fast hiring, consistent work, and a chance to impact daily aircraft turnarounds.

You must hold an FAA A&P license and be able to work in a high-volume maintenance environment. Responsibilities include line maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation in accordance with FAA standards, with Boeing/Airbus exposure a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required.
• Experience on any aircraft platform (commercial, corporate, or mixed fleets).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced line maintenance environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on operational aircraft.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely repairs to support on-time departures.
• Complete logbook entries and maintenance documentation accurately and in compliance with FAA standards.
• Coordinate with flight crews and operations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft turnaround.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment.
