Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Services in Piney Flats, TN seeks an entry-level A&P Mechanic to perform basic airframe maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You will work under guidance to read manuals, fabricate parts, and document work orders on a team aiming for timely, quality aircraft readiness.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and an FAA A&P certificate. Overtime and safety procedures are essential in a fast-paced environment with on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate required or preferred.
• Experience in automotive, military, or heavy rotorcraft maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as preservation and depreservation, removal and repair of airframe components.
• Conduct basic inspections (25hr/30 day, 6 month).
• Perform basic repairs, including sheet metal work and fabricating parts.
• Assist with post-maintenance flyoffs and ensure timely aircraft readiness.
• Read, interpret, and follow installation instructions, manuals and drawings.
• Document work in the work order system accurately.
