Job summary

Martin Tire Company is seeking a General Service Technician in El Paso, TX. The role involves non-technical services such as oil changes, tire and wheel-related tasks, and basic maintenance performed under the guidance of ASE-certified technicians. Training is provided to advance toward ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience preferred but candidates with energy and drive will be considered.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work Monday-Saturday and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from their location using the company vehicle.
• Assist with parts, supplies, tires, and related items from vendors or the office.
• Operate the company vehicle safely and legally; perform tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic services under supervision; report safety concerns to management.
• Document vehicle condition using the company’s inspection tools and keep areas clean.
