The Griffin Agency, a family-run independent insurance agency in the United States, is seeking team players with an entrepreneurial passion for full- and part-time sales and agency development roles. We provide proprietary lead generation, training, and a leadership development program to help you build your own business and grow within the company.

Ideal candidates have goal setting, leadership, strong work ethic, integrity, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

• Meet clients online using Zoom, FaceTime, etc.; no cold calling

Both full and part time sales and insurance agency development positions are available.
