Initial years focus on coaching clients, recruiting a team, and passing required licensing exams. Later years expand leadership roles, ongoing education, and enhanced retirement and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high level work ethic, resiliency, and ability to market yourself.
• 2 years of management experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financial goals.
• Learn how to attract and build a team.
• Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 6
• Explore leadership and mentor roles.
• Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice.
• Further your personal education with continued licensing.
• Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement: Leadership and growth opportunities discussed in the interview process.
