Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership to build and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, inventory, compliance and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.
• Lead buying and merchandising to meet local community preferences.
• Engage with local communities and align with Grocery Outlet’s mission.
• Manage finances including sales, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Create an inviting, well-stocked customer-focused store.
• Operate autonomously while leveraging Corporate support.
