COUNTRY Financial® is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business across the full line of COUNTRY Financial® products. As independent contractors, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself, with autonomy to build a rewarding, financially stable career while enriching lives in the communities we serve.

The role involves consultative growth with existing and prospective clients, licensing, and building a team.

• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of our financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
