AAA-The Auto Club Group is seeking self-motivated and results-driven Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to build profitable insurance agencies in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role comes with a 100% incentive-based compensation structure and offers comprehensive support including training, resources, and business guidance.

Ideal candidates should be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses and demonstrate a level of capital for investment. You will serve AAA Members by offering various insurance products and AAA memberships.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing preferred, must be willing to obtain.
• Must have capital proof of investment and pass a background check.
• Recommended to have two licensed staff members upon agency opening.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency.
• Sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships.
• Develop a business plan with cash flow analysis.
