Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious agents who want to own their business and help clients prepare for life’s moments with the right insurance products. As independent contractors, they run their own business but have support from COUNTRY Financial and access to advisors and resources.

Agents diversify income across property/casualty, life, and health lines, enjoy flexible schedules, and pursue performance-based travel rewards and ongoing training. No buy-in is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 2+ years in insurance or financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
• Licenses: Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses (required to apply; ability to obtain them is essential).

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing and prospective clients using a consultative approach.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff; manage schedules to balance career and personal interests.
