You will guide clients through holistic plans, earn through performance-based commissions, and pursue licenses (Life/ACC&H, SIE, Series 6/7/63) with company support.

As an independent contractor, you’ll shape your business with full back‑office support and access to a national network of experienced advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions to own a business.
• Proven success in relationship‑building or client-facing roles.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Desire for continuous learning and collaboration.
• Proficient critical thinking and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
