Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of professional experience in a client-focused role.
• Demonstrated success in a relationship-driven role and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively; licensing support provided by the firm.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients throughout the Houston community and beyond.
• Identify financial goals and create strategies to help clients achieve them.
• Develop and grow your own client base through networking and referrals, with mentorship from experienced advisors.
