You’ll train rigorously, develop credibility through thoughtful analysis and clear communication, and tell clients what they need to hear. This role emphasizes tax and wealth-transfer planning and working with top professionals, not cold-calling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of financial services experience in advisory or client-facing capacity.
• CFP program preferred and residency in the continental United States excluding CA.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex family wealth dynamics and coordinate professional advisors (attorneys, CPAs, business managers).
• Dive into irrevocable trust structures, QSBS, entity optimization, and wealth transfer techniques.
• The problems are diverse and multifaceted; the stakes are high.
• Be part of an elite team tackling sophisticated wealth-management work.
• Develop technical expertise to discuss IRC sections and GRATs in client meetings.
• See direct impact of your work on entrepreneurs’ lives and grow quickly.
• This role focuses on high-level advisory work, not cold-calling or chasing AUM.
