• Validate Markets – Lead research, interviews, and early testing to identify real‑world pain points and market gaps.
• Design & Build – Prototype and launch MVPs to rapidly test traction, retention, and growth potential.
• Shape the Venture – Craft the business model, define go‑to‑market strategy, and recruit your founding team.
• Operate Relentlessly – Drive execution from zero to one — iterate, launch, learn, and scale.
• Lead the Spinout – Graduate your concept into an independent company, with the opportunity to become its Founding CEO.
• Collaborate Closely – Work with Base360.ai’s in‑house AI, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to accelerate development and market fit.
