Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an Entra ID Team Lead to steer the Identity and Access Management programs across cloud and on-premises environments. You will guide a security-focused team in implementing authentication, authorization, and enforcement of least privilege.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to architect identity solutions, enforce zero-trust principles, and ensure secure token handling across Java microservices, React frontends, and mobile apps on Azure.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM/security experience with identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, OAuth2, and SAML workflows.
• Proven ability to lead security architecture in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity-centric Workforce Security team to develop authentication and access management solutions.
• Drive development of identity solutions and modern security protocols with Zero Trust.
• Review and provide feedback on IAM solutions proposed by stakeholders and consult IT management.
