Job summary

CTG is seeking an Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity solutions in a Dallas, TX environment. The role covers CA policies, MFA, passwordless, governance, and hybrid identity using Entra Connect.

Responsibilities include implementing federation protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), integrating with Intune and Graph API, and automating provisioning with PowerShell. Strong English communication required for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Experience with hybrid identity, Entra Connect, CA, MFA, passwordless, identity governance.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and access control best practices.
Proficiency with Intune, Graph API, and PowerShell scripting.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management solutions.
Configure and manage Conditional Access policies, MFA, passwordless authentication, and governance.
Support hybrid identity environments using Entra Connect.
Implement and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Apply Zero Trust principles to strengthen identity security.
Integrate IAM with Microsoft Intune and other enterprise apps.
Automate identity administration, provisioning, and reporting with Graph API and PowerShell.
Support IAM transformation initiatives, security improvements and compliance.
