Job summary

Xalient is seeking an experienced Entra Architect to join our North American Access Management Services team. You will design, implement and optimise Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle and governance.

Work with delivery teams and customers to translate requirements into secure, scalable architectures, provide guidance, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across a global identity practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft's Entra ID stack in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management and identity governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions that meet customer security, operational and business requirements.
• Lead or contribute to the technical implementation of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management and identity governance capabilities.
• Develop and refine identity architectures, configurations and implementation approaches in line with security best practices.
• Work with customers to understand their existing identity environments, identify gaps and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans and architectural designs.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, project teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout implementation, testing, troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Help customers improve their identity security posture through effective access controls and modern identity capabilities.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and the continuous development of Xalient's Access Management services.
