Primary Responsibilities:

Varies per role – inquire within to learn more about these role opportunities and responsibilities.

Advance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitutes when necessary. All employees are expected to cross-train as a Swim Instructor.

Provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work with children


• Prior related leadership and teaching experience is preferred (supervisory roles)


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• All employees must cross-train as a swim instructor/lifeguard.
