Goldfish Swim School - Westford is hiring Lifeguards and Front Desk Associates to join a vibrant, safety-focused team. You’ll help kids learn to swim in a tropical, positive environment and contribute to daily operations at the pool facility.

Responsibilities include supervising pool activity, assisting with enrollments at the front desk, delivering friendly customer service, and supporting schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with children.
• Must be willing to work in the water for 3-4 hours on some shifts.
• Must be able to work at least 1 perpetual shift per week.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• MUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!
• Ellis Lifeguard Certification required within the first 90 days of hire. (We provide In-House certification)
• Ages 15+.

Summary: Cross trained in all areas at Goldfish Swim School including instructing students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on thorough knowledge of the Goldfish curriculum.

Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire. Training and certification performed on site.

Goldfish Swim School is a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and teaches children to be safer in and around the water. For additional information see goldfishswimschool.com
