Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play-based, evidence-informed activities. You’ll work at homes, centers, or in the community, bringing energy, compassion, and adaptability to every session.

We provide paid training, clear career milestones, and a supportive team culture as you grow along a mapped-out path from entry-level to leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session — whether it’s at a child’s home, one of our centers, or out in the community.
