Walmart in Springfield, MO is seeking Entertainment Associates to greet customers, assist on the salesfloor, and keep displays in top condition across Apparel, Toys, Sporting Goods, and more. You’ll move merchandise to the floor, stock shelves, and help shoppers find the right products with a friendly attitude.

This is a full-time position with hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $33.00. You’ll work with multiple departments, delivering great service while staying adaptable to daily store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn store products quickly.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles daily while assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the salesfloor and assist with product selection.
• Move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and maintain displays.
• Stock shelves and answer questions from customers.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout assistance when needed.
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
