Job summary

Walmart in Waterloo, IA is looking for an Entertainment Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, understand their wants, and recommend merchandise. You will move incoming stock to the floor and keep entertainment displays fresh and engaging throughout the day.

This is a full-time, on-site role with available mid-shift and closing shifts at Walmart Supercenter #1496. The position offers a standard hourly wage plus performance incentives and benefits.

Hourly Rate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
